These Affiliate Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Anubhavshri Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to these terms.

1. Affiliate Enrollment

  • Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • Anubhavshri reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate affiliate accounts at its discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Affiliates may promote Anubhavshri using approved referral links, banners, or codes.

  • Promotion must be lawful, ethical, and must not mislead users.

  • Spam, false claims, or unauthorized advertising methods are strictly prohibited.

3. Referral Tracking

  • Commissions are tracked through unique referral links or codes.

  • Anubhavshri is not responsible for tracking failures due to cookies being blocked, deleted, or technical issues beyond its control.

4. Commission & Payments

  • Commission rates, payout methods, and settlement cycles are defined by Anubhavshri and may be revised.

  • Commissions are payable only for valid, completed orders that meet eligibility criteria.

  • Fraudulent or self-referrals will result in commission cancellation.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

  • Use misleading or deceptive promotional practices

  • Engage in self-referrals or fake transactions

  • Violate intellectual property rights

  • Promote Anubhavshri on illegal or inappropriate platforms

6. Account Suspension & Termination

Anubhavshri reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Repeated policy breaches

Unpaid commissions may be withheld in such cases.

7. Limitation of Liability

Anubhavshri shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from affiliate participation or commission loss.

8. Modifications

Anubhavshri may modify these Affiliate Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Affiliate Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
