Sellers must provide true, accurate, and complete business information during registration.
Anubhavshri reserves the right to approve, reject, verify, or suspend any seller account at its sole discretion.
Sellers are responsible for keeping their account details updated.
Sellers may list only legal, genuine, and authorized products.
Product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications must be accurate and non-misleading.
Sale of counterfeit, prohibited, or restricted items is strictly forbidden.
Anubhavshri may remove or modify listings that violate platform rules without prior notice.
Sellers are responsible for setting correct prices, discounts, and taxes (if applicable).
Inventory must be maintained accurately to avoid order cancellations.
Artificial pricing, fake discounts, or misleading offers are not allowed.
Sellers must process, pack, and dispatch orders within the specified timeline.
Products must be packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
Repeated delays, cancellations, or fulfillment failures may result in penalties or account suspension.
Sellers must comply with Anubhavshri’s Shipping Policy and coordinate with assigned delivery partners.
Correct pickup address, contact details, and availability must be ensured.
Sellers are responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information or non-compliance.
Sellers must follow Anubhavshri’s Return & Refund Policy.
In case of approved returns, sellers must cooperate fully in pickup, replacement, or refund processes.
Excessive returns due to seller fault may attract penalties.
Sellers must maintain professional and ethical conduct with customers, delivery partners, and platform staff.
Fraudulent activity, fake reviews, abuse, or attempts to bypass the platform are strictly prohibited.
Sellers agree to pay applicable platform commissions, service fees, and charges as defined by Anubhavshri.
Seller payouts will be processed as per the defined settlement cycle after order completion and return window closure.
Sellers must protect customer data and use it only for order fulfillment purposes.
Sharing, selling, or misusing customer information is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
Anubhavshri reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for:
Violation of Seller Terms or platform policies
Fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities
Repeated customer complaints or poor performance
Anubhavshri shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from seller activities, products, or services.
These Seller Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the seller account indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
These Seller Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
